When a person dies in order to administer an estate it is usual to apply for a Grant of representation, more commonly known as a Grant of Probate.
There are two main types of Probate namely a Grant of Probate of the Will or where there is no Will a Grant of Letters of Administration. We can assist in the preparation of the application leading to the appropriate Grant of Probate, being issued by the Probate Registry.
Once the Grant of Probate has been issued we can assist in the collecting of assets payments of liabilities and the distribution of the estate in accordance with the terms of the Will or the rules of intestacy.
Here at Tustain Jones & Co, we will offer a tailor made service dependant on your needs and how much of the work, you wish to undertake yourself. Where it is not possible to offer a fixed price quotation, we will provide you with a realistic estimate of the costs, involved in administering an estate and this estimate will be regularly updated based on the work to be untaken on your behalf.
