Lasting Powers of Attorney

There are two types of Lasting Power of Attorney, one that deals with Property and Finances and the other addresses Health and Welfare.

An LPA enables you to appoint an Attorney or attorneys whom you trust, to look after you when you need assistance and support.

You can also give your attorneys guidance as to how to look after you in the event that you become incapable of making decisions about yourself.

A Lasting Power of Attorney can give you peace of mind for the future.
